Pertti Heikkinen's employment at Aisikon Oy ended on February 17, 2025.
Aisikon Oy is a customer-oriented subcontractor of challenging machined parts, specialized in certain demanding segments. The keys to our success are our skilled and motivated staff and efficient CNC-machinery and production methods.
We are experienced in working with stainless and acid resistant steel, aluminium, brass and different kinds of plastics, but we are also familiar with many challenging materials such as superduplex, titanium, 254 SMO, Inox 904 and alloy C-276. Batch sizes vary from a single prototype to some hundreds.
Virrat plant received the ISO 9001 certificate in June 2022 and ISO 14001 certificate in May 2023.
In July 2024 the Ähtäri plant was moved to the new production building in Virrat. Small & medium heavy components and precision machining are now made under the same roof.

Aisikon Oy has been granted funding from the Uudistuva ja Osaava Suomi 2021-2027 EU structural policy program for the investment in a CNC turning center. The project has been implemented during 2023 and the machinery has been commissioned in accordance with the project plan. The goal of the project is to promote the company's growth, internationalization and the regional vitality.

Due to years of experience, Aisikon Oy has grown to be a professional of modern CNC-machining. The cornerstones of our business are delivery time, quality and price. In order to continuously improve our operations and maintain a high level of know-how, we invest in new machinery and education on regular basis. We collaborate with our customers in order to define the desired level of quality and find the most cost-efficient way to meet our common goal.
we comply with the laws and regulations relevant to our processes. we are committed to protecting the environment and preventing pollution. In the next five years we are going to change the heating system of our plant to geothermal heat and have solar panels assembled on the roof. All new company vehicles will from now on be either hybrid or electric.
